OUR PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES
MOBILE STEMS LAB: Where the magic happens
We bring STEMS activities to students based on their interests. We make this available for in-class lab demonstrations, after school workshops, hackathons, youth retreats, and STEMS camps. The Mobile STEMS Lab will include access to a 3D printer with CAD, 20 Chromebooks, tablets, wifi hotspot, graphics arts design software, computer science modules, science lab kits, biomimetics, Arduino/IoT, SAT prep classes, FAA drone certification, business plan competitions, coding robots, math tutoring, flight simulators to teach geography, and financial literacy studies all inside a mobile charging cart.
This Mobile STEMS Lab is what makes our programs and activities unique. We bring the software and hardware to students so they can experience the power of STEMS. Our Mobile STEMS Lab can travel to public and private schools as well as homeschoolers by appointment to give students the opportunity to use state-of-the-art technology.
Let us know what you want to learn and we can tailor a lab to meet your needs.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS, GOALS, & NEEDS
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Planted a Monarch Butterfly Garden with 177 students.
Obtained 22 scholarships for Treehouse computer science.
Annual field trips to iFly indoor skydiving.
Honorable Mention Award in the KC Healthy Kids contest.
GOALS
Complete our Mobile STEMS Lab.
Form strategic partnerships with STEM AmeriCorps
and industry professionals.
Create online channel to give homework assistance.
NEEDS
Our most fundamental need is to complete our Mobile STEMS Labs. This includes 5 tablets, 20 Chromebooks, 3D printer, mini drone kits, a 2nd wifi hotspot and a mobile charging cart.
Many of the grants we apply for do not allow for operating expenses.
Our capacity to serve would be greatly enhanced by AmeriCorps STEM volunteers, enacted under President Obama.
